What is the exchange policy for web purchases?

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order through our website​. Shipping charges are not refunded.

What is the return policy for web purchases?

For all orders shipped within the United States, Loudmouth offers free returns for in-stock items when you use our prepaid return shipping label (you must submit a Return request first here). In-stock items may be returned if they are unworn, unwashed and include the original tag. Returns can be made within 90 days of the shipping date and will be refunded to the original form of payment only. Gift certificates, LMx items, and Prank Boxes are final sale and cannot be returned. Return labels are limited to orders shipped within the US and excludes foreign shipping addresses. You can request for an in-stock return here. Items purchased from a Loudmouth authorized reseller must be returned to that specific location. We do not refund shipping charges.

Can I return Made-to-Order items?

We offer a one-time exchange for MTO items per silhouette. If you are unhappy with the MTO garment, we offer a store credit for the amount of the item, less the shipping charges. You can request for a MTO exchange here.

Can I make a change to my order?

Changes to an in-stock order can be made up until your item has shipped. Once the item has shipped we can no longer make any changes. This​ includes ​any address changes or shipping method changes. Made-To-Order items cannot be changed ​or cancelled once your order has been placed.

How do you ship and how long does it take?

We use a variety of carriers to ship our in-stock product. The delivery date will depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Shipping times are calculated based on business days (Monday - Friday) except when there is a National holiday. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.


As with any U.S. merchant, Loudmouth is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties that your country's customs office may require upon delivery of merchandise purchased and shipped from the U.S. ** If you are shipping to an address outside of the U.S., you will receive a separate bill for the customs/duties associated with your shipment. **


Free shipping is available on orders that ship within the 48 Contiguous States (does not apply to orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, APO/FPO, or Internationally).

How long does it take to receive a Made-to-Order product? Can I have my order expedited?

It takes 3 weeks for Made-to-Order products purchased from the US website to reach the customer’s doorstep. Faster delivery is available Made-to-Order products for an additional fee. Please contact our customer service team at info@loudmouthgolf.com or 800-390-5116​ if you need your item expedited

The product I want is not on the U.S. website, but I see it on the Canada, UK, and Australian website. How can I purchase the item?

The Canada, UK, and Australian websites can only ship domestically. If you have a shipping address that is in neither of those countries, then our system will not allow you to complete the order. We can only ship internationally from the US website. Our US website does not ship into Canada.

My order consists of in-stock and Made-to-Order products. Will they ship separately?

Yes, they will ship separately. The in-stock items will ship out the following business day, while the Made-to-Order items will arrive 3 weeks from purchase date.

How do your products fit?

For men’s clothing, Loudmouth measures true to size and fit like a chino pant.

For women’s clothing, you can find the appropriate sizing chart on the product page for the specific item you’re interested in.

What is the difference between Regular, Easy-Fit, Par-Five, and Euro-Fit styles?

Regular: Fits like your standard chino golf pants.

Easy fit: Fits the same as the Regular style, but includes an elastic waistband that stretches up to 1 inch. Do not worry! The elastic is sewed inside of the pants and the pants will not scrunch up like a pajama. Customers that have tried these swear by them and never order Regular cut again after trying these!

Par Fives: Similar fit to a jean fit, which includes 5 pockets with rivets. They sit lower on the waist and are tapered down the legs for a slimmer fit.

Euro Fit: Fits lower on the waist, slimmer by the thighs, and slightly flared at the bottom. Good for guys that like slimmer cut pants.

May I come visit your headquarters? Can I purchase items and pick them up from your HQ?

Our headquarters is not set up as a retail location. We are not able to accommodate customers who want to pick up their items or purchase items directly from HQ.

When will you get more in-stock inventory?

We recommend signing up for our newsletter in order to get notified when inventory is replenished. Customers can also find products available in the Made-to-Order section on our website.

Am I eligible for a price adjustment?

If you purchased an item on our website and the price drops (in the same pattern & size) within 7 days of your order date, we will honor a one-time price adjustment for the difference in store credit. To request a price adjustment, please send an email to info@loudmouthgolf.com with your order number and details of eligible merchandise.

Can I pay with a pre-paid gift card (pre-paid Visa, pre-paid MasterCard, etc)?

No, our payment system will not accept prepaid gift cards.

Returns for Third-Party Resellers:


Loudmouth Golf does have an authorized store on Amazon; however, when purchasing Loudmouth Golf apparel on Amazon it is important to note where the product is being "shipped from and sold by," which is stated clearly for each product on Amazon.com. If a product is purchased from Loudmouth Golf's authorized Amazon store, then your return must go through Amazon's return process.


Loudmouth Golf does NOT have an authorized store on eBay.com or Jet.com. If you buy via eBay or Jet and there is an error with the product, you must go through that seller to resolve issues​. ​ Loudmouth Golf's warranty does not transfer if you purchase an item from a third party reseller.

Authorized Reseller Store:

Loudmouth Golf items purchased from a Loudmouth authorized reseller ​store (e.g country club, etc.) ​must be returned to that specific location. ​If you want to find out if the store is an authorized reseller, please email: sales@loudmouthgolf.com and we can let you know.
